Anna Tvinnung misses her parents. They aren’t dead, but they’re not alive either. They’re stuck in the tapestry of life after a shadow witch tried to kill them. Anna isn’t allowed to visit them and she isn’t allowed to use magic, because she is a Mindspinner. Mindspinners can go crazy from using their magic, so Anna is left to practise boring school stuff while her friends get to do all the fun magic.
Her best friends Amir and Ylva really want to help her. As they dig into the past, they find out that things aren’t quite the way the grown-ups have said they are.
Who is the Weaver Prince whose coming the prophesy foretells? And what are you supposed to do when you’re attacked by an enormous magic snake made of oil.
The Weaver Prince is the sequel to Mindspinner – set in a universe where knitting needles are magic wands, wall hangings are portals to a different dimension and children have to learn thread magic to help the old witches to repair the tapestry of life, which is in the danger of unravelling.
