If it wasn’t for Jørgen’s best buddy Mikkel, he’d probably have died of a stomach ulcer. Or loneliness. Or getting beaten up. But since he does have Mikkel, everything is fine. And he has his aunt too. And as a last resort, there’s always God, who’s okay to talk to at night – though not about the big issues. Mostly about small stuff. Like how to catch the eye of the prettiest girl in school and things like that.

Jørgen gets pretty scared sometimes, but he always feels safe with Mikkel. Mikkel is like Jørgen’s lifesaver. But one day something terrible happens – and now perhaps Jørgen’s the one who’ll have to be a lifesaver.

But can you really save a life just by being a friend?
