The adventures of Fillip Moberg is a new series for youth from the successful author Ingvar Ambjørnsen. Fillip lives with Uncle Ernest who is a crime reporter, and in the first book in the series, Drapene i Barkvik (The Murders in Barkvik) a man is killed in the small town of Barkvik and Uncle Ernest is asked to cover the murder for the paper where he works. Fillip goes with him and soon he and his Uncle are on the way to Barkvik in their campervan.
The case seems clear cut. The police have already arrested a man on suspicion of murder. But bit by bit, doubts sneak in as to whether he really is guilty. Fillip is good at taking photographs. He comes into contact with some other young people in the town. They obviously have something to hide. Things happen and have happened in Barkvik that cannot be revealed and Fillip gets closer and closer to the truth. But then there is another murder …
The second story in the series, De levende og de døde (Dead Loss) is another nerve-tingling thriller about Fillip, available on www.fillipmoberg.no only. This is the very first podcast novel written by a Norwegian author, and it topped the Norwegian iTunes podcast-chart for months. An unputdownable thriller for teenagers and young adults.
